Roasted Red Pepper Pate

1 cup red pepper pesto
1/2 cup room temperature goat cheese
1/2 cup room temperature cream cheese
second layer
1 cup basil pesto
1 cup room temperature cream cheese
third layer
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1/2 cup room temperature goat cheese
1/2 cup room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup finely minced garlic
- combine first layer ingredients in food processor and blend, set aside
- combine second layer ingredients in food processor and blend, set aside
- combine third layer ingredients in food processor and blend, set aside
- line container with plastic wrap
- spread each layer evenly into container
- cover in plastic wrap and refridgerate overnight
- invert dish onto a serving platter, peel off plastic wrap
- serve with crackers, baguette and veggies
