Arugula Macadamia Salad

1 red bell pepper
8 oz. baby portabella mushrooms (rinsed)
1 bag baby arugula salad
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
ΒΌ cup goddess dressing
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

  1. Cut pepper in half and remove seeds. Slice pepper into thin strips
  2. Cut mushrooms into halves and quarters. Place both in salad.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; toss and serve.
