1 head of cauliflower
Olive Oil
Salt

1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Break up cauliflower into small pieces.
3. Place pieces on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Salt as desired.
5. Bake for 20 min.
6. Enjoy!
